We spent a LONG weekend in Boone for the kids’ spring break from school. It was extremely relaxing! While there we visited Otter Falls since we were right down the road from it (including a hike down and soaking our shoes!), as well as portions of the Blue Ridge Parkway for the scenery.
Another neat place we decided to go was Mystery Hill. It was a little pricey, but everyone had a great time in the “gravity defying room”, checking out the chickens, human sized bubbles, and BULL RIDING! Mechanical, of course.
